What if my tenant stops paying rent?
We chase arrears from day one. If it escalates we work with a property-law solicitor to serve the appropriate notice and manage through to vacant possession. Optional rent guarantee cover available so you're protected during any gap.
I'm with another agent — what's involved in switching?
Less than you'd think. We handle the changeover including any tenant comms, document handover and re-protecting the deposit if needed. Your tenants see one short letter and a new contact — that's about it.
I want to do some of it myself — is that allowed?
Yes. Tenant Find at £900 covers everything up to move-in; you take over management. Lots of landlords do this. If it gets too much, switching to full management is simple — same team, same files.
